  Over priced, underwhelming. Food is frozen, microwaved, and soggy. Store was messy and unappealing to the eye. Unfortunately, service was also extremely slow and the staff were clearly over whelmed.

  The muffins taste like they are a week old. First time they were dry & not nice, thought id give it another go a month later, surprise suprise, no change. Dry & burnt around the edges. Gross

  Absolutely disgusting! Had a saussage roll that was microwaved and soggy! Immediately felt sick after one bite. Not to mention 15 minutes to get served. One young girl was doing everything while the owner basically watched.

  Saturday 18th August. There were 2 staff on but only 1 working trying to handle the customers by herself while the other girl hid around the back. I waited for 15 minutes to be served. I got sick of waiting and watching this poor girl doing everything on her own. I went over to Soul Origin where I was acknowledged immediately. Very disappointed.

  Hello I'm Aimee , I come here quite often with my mum she gets coffee and I get a cup of cold full cream milk they only charge no less then $1.00 and no higher then $2.00 for this , The chocolate chip muffins are yummy when I decide to have one as they're pretty big , Great Job girls at muffin break kotara , Thanks for being friendly and polite , See you again .   Nice place to have a cuppa & muffin. Service at times is very slow & some of the staff could improve their customer relations skills and SMILE. A simple act but it goes a long way and gives a great image of the establishment.
