  I don't remember their names but the two girls that served me in store this week were super friendly and helpful. It was my first piercing and they made me feel so at ease throughout, answering all my questions with honesty and professionalism; they really know their stuff. I couldn't recommend these guys enough - they are really good at what they do! Thanks guys.

  My piercer was Maddie and she was the best! She made me feel so comfortable getting my septum done, she was very fast and professional while feeling like I was chatting with an old friend, the girls at the counter were awesome too and helped with any information I asked about. Will be back again!

  I had an awful experience at SkinKandy Kotara. I initially had a fast service, walked in and they fit me in pretty quick. But then I got my flat pierced and she hit a blood vessel after talking about avoiding blood vessels for 5min before. I bled all over my clothing and as she pulled the needle out it sparrows down my arm even more. It was no joke a blood bath! She then had to pierce it AGAIN but the back is literally millimetres lodged near my skull. The jewellery was put in pretty quickly I’ll give them that but then she watched me wash my bloody shirt off in the sink. Now after that traumatic experience I go to pay and still charged full price. I would have let it go if I had a discount but no, I was charged full price.
  Never going there again and would highly recommend to avoid.

  I had a really great experience here getting my daughter’s ears pierced. The girls were really lovely and immediately put her at ease. I was served by Erin who was friendly and very professional. I highly recommend!

  my experience was so amazing!!! i’ve gotten both my first and seconds here and never had an issue and got my septum done here today and my piercer Kayla was so lovely :)
  she answered all me and my mums hundreds of questions without being bothered at all and was very kind and made conversation with me while i nervously rambled and helped me feel very calm
  she did a great job and it was so quick and easy, and did not hurt at all plus i am so delighted with the job!! 10/10 will always come here for any of my future piercings
