- Gary Walker Added June 06, 2018★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Disgraceful! JELD-WEN should be ashamed of the way they have not delivered the quality product STEGBAR used to be. Customer service is non existent. Their statement of warranty on the website has not applied to us. You have had our money since November 2016 and we still do not have a front door installed as promised. Instead we have a disgusting hunk of junk filling our front door space. This is fact, we have the documentation of photos and a log of all the phone calls made which have been futile. If you don't like this review ....do your worst ............. oh hang on ............... you already have!
